The City of Sunbury and the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) are preparing to undertake a significant improvement project on E. Granville Street. The project will span from just west of Morning Street to east of Letts Avenue and will involve:
- Reconstructing the roadway with two lanes
- Adding sidewalks or a shared-use path to enhance pedestrian accessibility
- Constructing a new pedestrian bridge to connect to the Ohio & Erie Trail
