NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In compliance with Section 349.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, and pursuant to Resolution No. 2026.04 adopted by the City Council (the “City Council”) of the City of Sunbury, Ohio, on February 4, 2026, a public hearing will be held by City Council on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 3rd Floor, 51 E. Cherry Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074, regarding the addition of certain parcels of real property to the Sunbury New Community District of the Sunbury New Community Authority. A copy of the consent of the property owner to the addition of such owner’s parcels is on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Sunbury, at Town Hall, 51 E. Cherry Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074, which consent was accepted by, and determined to comply as to form and substance with the requirements of Section 349.03 of the Ohio Revised Code by, adoption of Resolution No. 2026.04. The consent is available for the inspection of interested persons during regular business hours.
